At WELTFORD & CO., every pair of handcrafted leather shoes undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our studio. We deliver across Pakistan via reliable courier partners to ensure your parcel arrives safely at your doorstep.

1. Delivery Timelines

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3 to 5 business days.
Other Cities & Regions: 4 to 7 business days.
Order Cut-off: Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are dispatched next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We offer Free Standard Shipping across Pakistan on all footwear orders. The price you see at checkout is the complete price you pay, with no surprise handling fees.

3. Payment & Order Verification

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide for single-pair orders. Pay securely in cash when your parcel is delivered.
Order Confirmation: To prevent undelivered parcels, all COD orders require verbal or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
Multi-Pair Orders: For orders containing 2 or more pairs, a partial advance commitment of PKR 500 may be requested via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa. This deposit is adjusted against your final COD balance upon delivery.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

Parcels are dispatched using trusted domestic couriers including Trax, Leopards, TCS, and PostEx.
As soon as your parcel is on the road, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel in real-time.
