2. Handcrafted Leather Characteristics & Imagery

Every pair of WELTFORD shoes is made using 100% full-grain calfskin leather:

Natural Leather Marks: Minor variations in grain texture, subtle patina shades, and tiny natural grain textures are hallmarks of genuine full-grain leather, not defects.
Display Colors: While our studio photography captures exact tones, slight shade variations may occur due to varying smartphone screens and display monitors.

3. Pricing & Order Verification

Currency: All listed prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Standard shipping across Pakistan is fully complimentary.
Order Confirmation: To avoid fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments require verbal or WhatsApp confirmation from the buyer before leaving our warehouse.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unverified contact details.

4. Exchanges, Returns & Delivery

All size exchanges and return claims are governed strictly by our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
Shoes returned with creased uppers or scratched leather soles will not be accepted.
Deliveries are managed through reputable third-party courier partners (Trax, Leopard, TCS, PostEx). While we dispatch within 24–48 hours, transit delays caused by courier operational issues or regional disruptions remain beyond our direct control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on weltford.com—including shoe designs, product photos, text, and brand logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of WELTFORD. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
