1. Leather & Craftsmanship

Q: What type of leather is used in WELTFORD shoes?

We craft our shoes using 100% full-grain calfskin leather, paired with breathable genuine leather lining and premium leather soles. No synthetic materials or bonded split leathers are ever used.

Q: How should I care for my fine leather shoes?

Wipe off dust with a soft horsehair brush after each wear. Use a high-quality leather cream every 3–4 weeks and keep wooden shoe trees inserted to preserve their shape and natural curve.

2. Sizing & Fitting

Q: How do I choose the correct size?

Our lasts follow standard European (EU) sizing. If you wear an EU 42 in standard dress shoes, order an EU 42. If you are uncertain, contact our WhatsApp support with your foot length in centimeters for personalized guidance.

Q: What if the size doesn't fit when I receive it?

We offer a Free First Size Exchange. As long as you tried the pair exclusively on a carpeted surface and there are no creases or scuffs, we will swap it for the right size promptly.

3. Orders, Payments & Delivery

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across Pakistan for single-pair orders. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Deliveries to major metropolitan hubs (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) take 3 to 5 business days. Other cities and surrounding regions typically take 4 to 7 business days.
